**Changes in "On-Line Dealer Directory" dealership information:
Changes in dealership information such as phone, fax numbers, website address, P.O. Boxes need to be requested in writing to Hilary.Sontag@tmhu.com.
 
Changes in the dealership firm name, facility street addresses, designated dealer principal, or General Manager require prior approval by TMHU and an Amendment to the Toyota Dealer Agreement. These types of changes should be requested “before the change” in writing by the Dealer Principal to the TMHU Dealer Development Department, attention Rich.Dobson@tmhu.com.
 
Changes to other Staff’s records (e.g. Primary Contact, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, etc.) should be made through the Dealer Portal’s Staff Screen.
 
**User ID and Password Information:
Please call the Help Desk at 1-800-231-4489 to obtain a User Id for accessing the Dealer Directory system.
 
**Training / Help Pages:
Help pages can also be accessed when using the Dealer Directory system by pressing the F1 key. If you wish to arrange "on-the-phone" training for your dealership staff, please call the Help Desk at 1-800-231-4489. A session will be arranged for you.
